Food Permits must be received by January 10th of each year or a late fee of $100.00 will be charged.

Menu Type 1 $150.00

Menu Type 2 $175.00

Menu Type 3 $225.00

Bed & Breakfast 14 or less rooms $45.00

Mobile Food Service All Establishments $22.50 Per Day - Up to a Maximum of $67.50

Catering $150.00

Seasonal Permits 6 Months or Less $50.00


Environmental Department

New Residential Septic System Permit $80.00

New Residential Septic System Repair Permit $45.00

New Commercial Septic System Permit $150.00

Commercial Septic System Repair Permit $75.00

Installer Licensing Fees: Initial Fee $112.00 - Renewal Fee $37.50 


Tattoo and Body Art Permit

Tattoo Artist Permits $75.00

Tattoo Establishments $300.00 includes owner/artist permit
